On the 20th January 2021 we went to Autohaus Beyers to purchase a 2013 BMW M135i. On the Ad they had said it's a 2014 model. We took the car for a test drive and everything was mechanically sound. We concluded the deal with Autohaus Beyers, I even traded in my Chevrolet Utility Bakkie which was in excellent condition and also paid a deposit and when everything was concluded not even 2KM away the car just lost power and starting heating up. We took the car back to the dealership same time and asked them to cancel the deal, Mohsen then promised us that they'll book the car in at BMW Northcliff to have the issue resolved, I also requested Mohsen to ask BMW to print him a quality assurance report and also all faults that lie with the car should also be fixed and I also requested a report that there are no faults or warnings on the car or else we'll cancel the deal, and he agreed he would do that for me. They took 2 days with the car and called on Friday 22 January telling us the vehicle was ready but it was late in the afternoon and on Saturday 23 January 2021 we picked up the vehicle. The vehicle was driving fine.

On Sunday the 24th January 2021 i was driving with the car to Rustenburg and then suddenly on the notification panel a message pops up reading "DRIVETRAIN!!! Continue Journey at moderate speed, full performance not available have checked by service". I stopped on the side of the road and switch off the vehicle for a few minutes and then started driving again. The problem persisted and I told him about it and he started ignoring my calls and messages. On monday because I was going to work I booked the car in with BMW Rustenburg they gave me an appointment for Tuesday. On the Tuesday i dropped the car off at BMW rustenburg and they said they want R1500 to give me all the service of the car including warnings and also checking the drivetrain I then called the dealership to notify them of this and they said they'll pay for but never got back to me.

Since this was a matter of urgency I decided to pay from my own pocket because I had no vehicle to travel to and from work. I asked them to also check if the car was ever booked in with BMW Northcliff n they confirmed that the vehicle was never at BMW Northcliff they do not have anything on their records they also confirmed that the part that they replaced on the day I picked the car was a generic one.

Long story short I've managed to cancel my contract with them but they still do not want to bring back my Chevrolet Bakkie. This is the worst and most *********** dealership. The cars they sell there are either rebuilt or cars that have been reversed in terms of kilometers.

Do not buy a car at this dealership because they don't care about anything but money. They have a dealership in Klerksdorp called MMU motors which was barred by most banks cos of their ***** business and now they opened another dealership called Autohaus if you don't believe check reviews on MMU motors and you'll see.

You'll regret it just like I do. I even had to get my lawyer involved in all this because of their dishonesty.
