I purchased a car in September 2021 Till today I haven't recieved any spare keys, roadworthy certificate, the contract that I signed, the manual book, service history book. The car hasn't been registered.

I just wonder if these people sold me a ****** car or what cos I've been begging for all these things for the past 3 weeks. Every day is a new excuse
