WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE!

If there was a Zero star rating I would have chosen that one. Worst nightmare ever since purchasing a car from this dealership. 1. It took me about six months to get my license plate - at some point they made me drive with an expired license permit due to delays. I never enjoyed driving my car freely as it was not licensed for months! The guy responsible was called SK or something - worst employee decision you made. 2. I purchased a car from Camdym Andrews in November of 2025. The offer came with a warranty plan. When I needed to use the warranty, I was told by the company that I do not have a warranty with them and I am not in their system. Up til today that warranty is still not active regardless of multiple visits, calls, and messages with the dealership. 2. I bought a car which had an incomplete labeling of the 'Turbo' sign and I was promised it will be replaced within weeks. Weeks went by and the salesman Camdyn Andrews said if I replace it and send him the invoice I will get a refund. It has been NINE months now, no refund.

I have made endless visits to the dealership to speak to the salesman and also met twice with management - I am now so tired of spending my petrol with visits the dealership and no one seems to be interested in resolving my matters. I regret my decision to get a car from this dealership!! They do not seem to care about customer experience, but rather care about making a sale with empty promises!! This experience has been the worst car buying experience of my life, after buying five cars prior.
