Utterly disgusting service and lack of professionalism from Autohaus Beyers

I am utterly disgusted with the level of service and professionalism provided by Autohaus Beyers!

I bought a pre-owned Mercedes Benz from them and traded in my Ford Ranger that was still bank owned. They took over 4 months to settle my bakkie, as a result the bank kept on calling me because the instalments were heavy in arrears. My credit profile is in shambles and I've been listed as a slow payer as a result of Autohaus's negligence.

When it came to registering the Mercedes Benz, even that was a mess. We were stopped by JMPD one day and my car was almost taken because the permits didn't correspond with the dealership. There was a huge delay with issuing the vehicle's license plates.

I would contact the dealership every week (sometimes twice a week) for an update. The salesman eventually ran out of excuses trying to protect the dealership's reputation.

I will never recommend Autohaus to anyone because my life is a mess because of their lack of professionalism.
