Trade in settlement dispute

Its very disheartening to have to write a review as a customer to get assistance, i traded in a car in march and to date it still hasn’t been settled, i’v pleaded with the numerous times as its having a very negative impact on my credit score, i keep getting false hope of a settlement at some point even got a *****ulent proof of payment.

They are so unprofessional, dishonest and very selfish.
