we were sold a car that was in good condition at all,Sabelo was our sales guy,later last month about 24 of November we went to buy a vehicle of which we did,we were told that the vehicle is ready they are going to fetch it it will take 30 minutes, then they ended up taking 4hours of waiting, because the finance lady asked us to sign the contract for time sake,

we did sign the contract then we realized that she didn't give us the grace period of 60 days with paying meaning that we were going to pay the vehicle just the next following months,but we didn't mind that because we were buying a vehicle for business us,

upon the arrival of the vehicle the car was duty,it was having smells of the paints and the smell of smoke,the suspension and the tyres was finished, and that was R800 000 vehicle that I am talking about,Then Sabelo said to us he is sorry about that to sell vehicle that its not ready to us,we will have to bring back the vehicle so that he can fix the other stuff,then I asked him then why are we supposed to pay for vehicle month end while its not ready for business use,since then the only thing they have done was to change tyres and car wash,now I am stuck with a vehicle that I need to pay month end that,I haven't even received the disc its almost a month the vehicle its just sitting without doing anything, and now I need to be responsible for paying for it while it hasn't even like that,I have been begging them to fix the vehicle no one is helping me its been a month.
