If the car is not new, Do Not Buy It! My experience wasn’t and still isn’t the best. Over 3months later and I’m still driving a car without a spare key and a back light with a hole, the run around they will give you when they have to deliver are the worst. That time it’s funny how their finance department will even promise you cash back of almost R20000 when u make the purchase, and with me I didn’t really want the cash back I just wanted them to ensure that the car was 💯. As I got the car with a few scratches and dents and it was a mission to get those sorted, you have to make follow ups every day or otherwise there will be Zero communication from their side. Honestly worst experience, if any damage had to happen to this one key I have then I will be stuck. And trust me I follow up with a representative almost everyday, excuses are always the same “delay with payments”.. Not pleased at all!
