I bought a vehicle from them weeks ago

I bought a vehicle from them weeks ago. Part of the deal was that I will receive a cash back to spend on improvements on the vehicle once the bank has settled the invoice with the dealership. I'm yet to receive the payment or any communication as to why the payment has not yet been made. It is extremely frustrating to be left in the dark and to not receive any feedback from them.
