<div>Signed a contract on the 7th of December 2024 for a trade in, first i was promised a copy of the contract till date i have not received it, in the 9th the check engine light for the car we bought came on we requested to cancel the deal, they said we can't, we sent the car back they "fixed" it but it wasnt fixed by the 21st of December 2024 we had the car of a total of 48hours and it still hasn't been fixed the car has no natis papers but has been put through on finance which makes no sense, it has no liscene disc and no plates it has bold front tires and makes funny sounds on the gear box which is not safe to drive with a baby in the car, our trade in hasn't been settles so we are paying for 2 cars and only have 1 undeliverable car standing in the drive way, we are now told we can't cancel the contract even though its within the 30days and now i have to pay for 2 cars which will amount to 7k a month and i dont have the money for it, they ignore you for days until you threaten them with the ombudman they've said i must cancel the deal through the ombudsman this is pathetic really</div>

Hi Caitlin,

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
The delay with the car’s registration is due to the previous owner losing the NATIS document, and accounts are actively working to get a new NATIS to register. Regarding the car’s condition, it was inspected by an Audi specialist who found no issues, but we’ll gladly reassess it to ensure your concerns are addressed.
We’re also working on settling your trade-in as a priority, given the time of year the team is back on Monday the 6th of January. We will contact you within the next few days to resolve once we have all the required documentation.
