Being double debited for months with empty promises.

Being doubled debited for a few months and totalling up to R162 000, this is after numerous calls and promises from Mohammed that it has been paid, but hasnt. I am fiananced by Absa. Due to this my accounts have been affected negatively, and my credit score is down and im owed a lot of money by them.
