Bad experience

We recently got a car at the dealership about a month ago However we did not receive an extra key ....(Spare ) Due to an unfortunate incident that happened we are left with no keys and no means to use the vehicle

My partner has been to the dealership uo get assistance to no avail just a bunch of stories on the whereabouts of the spare keys Today again I tried to reach out to the dealership and was told there nothing they can do I have to wait

No time frame given or more information with this regard
