Bad
am extremely disappointed with my experience at Autohaus Beyers.
I purchased a vehicle from them and after only 6,000 km the turbo completely failed. A major component like that should not fail so soon after purchase. When I contacted them to discuss the issue and look for a solution, I was simply told that it is “not their problem.”
I expected far better after-sales service and accountability. Selling a vehicle that develops such a serious fault in such a short time — and then refusing to assist — is unacceptable. I feel completely let down and would caution others to be very careful and to get independent inspections and proper warranty clarity before buying from them

We acknowledge your concerns and note the dissatisfaction expressed.
However, our records reflect that the vehicle was delivered in full working condition and no defects were reported within the first six (6) months following delivery. The period provided for under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) has since lapsed. It is approximately 1 full year since you purchased the Vehicle.
As no mechanical concerns were raised within the statutory six-month period, we are unfortunately unable to accept liability or assist with the current repair. We trust this clarifies our position.

Patience
