No feedback on safety issue on my 2013 Toyota Corolla

I bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla 1,6 from Autohaus Angel in Belville about 3 weeks ago. I am in East London and I saw the vehicle on the internet . After speaking to the salesman Rui I was satisfied that the vehicle had no dents and was in a roadworthy condition. I signed the Absa Bank finance documents and we agree to meet in Knysna to swop my Volvo V50 which was a trade in on the Toyota Corolla . On inspecting the Toyota in Knysna I noticed there was a dent on the right wheel arch , no owner manual no lighter and the driver seat torn at the back . Rui the salesman was very apologetic and said that they will sort the issues out . Driving to East London I felt the Toyota a bit bumpy on the road and thought it could only be unbalanced wheels and or wheel alignment. I had the seat repaired and the dent was also sorted by Autohaus Angel. I took the Toyota to Bestdrive tyre experts where I was told that the one alloy rim was buckled and that it was repaired previously. I was also informed that it is a huge safety issue to have a previously repaired rim repaired again. I informed Rui the salesman regarding the rim and I went to Toyota to purchase a new rim. For R1800. I forwarded the invoice for the repair of the seat and the rim to Autohaus Angel . The R300 for the repair of the seat was refunded but nothing for the purchased of rim. I made enquire about the rim issue and asked how the car was tested at their roadworthy station and I was informed that nothing was noticed about the bounce while driving. It was very noticble when I drove from Knysna. I purchased a owners manual in the interim which I have not claim for but no feedback on the lighter which was to be posted to me or the refund of the alloy rim as they say I have acted out of my own accord. A buckled repaired rim and to have it repaired again is a huge safety issue and it had to be replaced. Not the kind of service I expected from the dealership and the owner Mr Angel .
