Faith Restored in Autohaus Angel

Dear All, I have written a report on the service levels of Autohaus Angel prior to having my issues resolved. I did not authorize or confirm anything to Hellopeter to list the article. I was bitter and upset over Autohaus Angel and their pace in responding and their initial stance taken. The approvals had to come from their headoffice and hence the delays. Autohaus did come through and deliver as i believed i should have received the vehicle. The final issue that is now being sorted is the spare key. So far I am very happy with the feedback and work done on the car. I have now made a 180 degree shift in my opinion of Autohaus Angel and would recomend them to any of my colleagues. Thank you Ian Botes and David Donner for a job well done in restoring my faith in your company. Hellopeter, you should really check your system. I have written to you over and over advising you that my issues were resolved and that i never confirmed or authorized the release of the report. i di receive an email and did not respond. i have sent 10 reminders and requests to you with zero response. Thats really sad!
