BUYER'S ALERT!!!! DONT GET *****ED OVER!!

Bought a car from Autohaus Angel. Worst move of my life! Not the car, but the company!! if you havent yet bought a car and are planning, please make sure you take delivery with all what was promised, done in full. Doesn't matter if you have it in writing. 1. First day viewing- scratches and dents, saleman and I marked them with RED PEN, car delivered and the red marks still visible and not a single dent sorted. Car taken back a second time and delivered again with the dents untouched, but heres the punchline. It was polished and thats the best that we can do. Heres another, spare key - no mention of the absence of the spare key during the sale. When car is delivered, no key. guess what now they say if it was important I should have mentioned it! It was mentioned on the file when the car was delivered and 24 hrs later in writing??How do you not disclose this to a customer? is it still possible that people like this are still in business? punchline - they sent me prices for a new key?
