Poor Service, Bad Debts, *************

I am completely disappointed with service I have recieved thus far, I gave my vehicle to them on October 2018 and not once was payment made in time, my account is in arrears with the bank as this vehicle is still under finance from issues of an installment that was missed in January up till today that amount has not been settled. I have to keep answering to the bank and I can't even give the bank a correct date for payment coz these people do not stick to their commitments, they just keep appologising but don't resolve the issue, and if I want to take the vehicle back they tell about their customer's deposit which i have to pay back meanwhile I'm not even the one breaching the contract, there's no communication whatsoever if payment won't be made in time so i can atleast notify the bank, they just do not know anything about customer service. I constantly have to nag them for payment which by the time the bank is already on my case, my account is now sitting with the debt collectors and it hasn't even been six month that I gave them my vehicle.

I advise anyone who is considering them , don't even bother you'll just be inviting stress and headache into your life .

Bad Bad Service, Actually no Service at all

AutoGroup would like to first address the issues that the Owner has mentioned in his complaint.

All clients of AutoGroup have till the 07th of the month to make payments toward the vehicle they are driving, which is why we ask Owner’s to move their debit order to the 07th to avoid any unnecessary stress if a client pays late. Unfortunately the payment issues in January was not a missed payment, but more a case of the client paying into the incorrect account. On Friday the 04th April the last payment towards the arrears was made and the arrears have now been settled in full.

The Owner’s request to take the vehicle back was made after the client had paid an instalment which meant he was not in breach of the agreement. As stipulated in the signed agreement, should the Owner wish to take his vehicle back for any other reason than breach, he would be required to pay out all monies paid by the User. This clause obviously protects both Owner & User from any *****.

The Managing Director of AutoGroup has called and discussed the matter with the Owner, and all concerns have been addressed & resolved. We would like to take this opportunity to apologize to the Owner if he felt that his best interests were not taken into consideration regarding his vehicle.
