Damaged goods and no communication

I have found that the car I have purchased (finance) has totally worn out brakes. No check was done to see if everything was fine before the car was handed to me. I have informed them about the matter but I am getting no response. I called Antoinette and she refers me to Jaco and Lauren. Jaco is just not any help
