Mr McNiel contacted Autogroup in 2016 to assist with managing his vehicle and finding a suitable client for his vehicle. The vehicle was in 2 months arrears when Autogroup took over the management his vehicle, and the arrears were cleared.

Mr McNiel requested that all monthly payments for the vehicle be made into his personal account and we later discovered that for 2 months no payments were made to the finance house, and the client then paid direct to the finance account moving forward. This matter was resolved.

There was one occasion when a monthly instalment was paid to an incorrect account and it took some time for the matter to be rectified but it was, and at present all vehicle payments are made on a timely manner, and Mr McNiel is now back to being a happy satisfied client.

Thank you
