Autogistixs Vehicle Transport is *********** & a Sham

They proclaim door to door vehicle delivery.

1. Wrong - this is not true, as the driver drove my vehicle to my complex 2. Driver was given wrong address. 3. Driver did not know JHB once given correct address. 4. 2 hours plus late 5. "VEHICLE HAD A BACK SMASH" 6. No Delivery Note given at all which raises suspicion. 7. Autogistixs refused fault once smash discovered even though Pick up Note showed all clear. 8. I had to spend time and money to procure mall footage, garage footage showing and PROVING that Autogistixs damaged my vehicle. 9. Eventually I used my own insurance as Autogistixs backtracked on the agreement that if I proved they were wrong? They would ensure a COURTESY vehicle during repairs - they backtracked.

Public they are not worth the hassle. Your vehicle is not safe, and you as a customer is not put first. They will try everything to dodge responsibility. Don't be fooled by the website, as it's run by two or three individuals whom to me do not have the professional maturity of dealing with issues like I have when they are the cause. 6 months of fighting this. Really an immature organization with no procedures governing their business.

Walk away from these guys.
