Online car inspection its a waste of time

Auto and general online uploading of car inspection it's just a waste of time. I did take insurance with auto and general they told me I must do online car inspection. I went to try to upload car photos online it keeps on saying image does not upload. I call them to notify them of my problem they said I must take the car photos email them I did that hoping it will be resolved but after 2 month when I check my policy car inspection was not loaded still. I call them in the mean time they were stil debiting my money while we both know that my car it's not covered fully it only covers third party only I have struggle with that for almost 3 month until I cancel my policy with them because I'm just loosing my money while my car is not covered.
