Worst service by gate motor

Never use these people ever again, service is the worst ever, I requested someone to come out and check why the gate motor is not working, all he did was took put the power supply and battery and said those are gone. He did not even check that the pc board was not charging from the plug. After getting another person put to check it out he said the power supply is good, the battery and pc board was gone.
