Misrepresentation

On the 2nd of April I contacted the above company as my gate motor was not working and they visited my house.after I paid a call out fee of R450.After looking at the motor they told my wife that the pc board was broken and because it was an old motor the spares are no longer available so they could not fix it. They supp**** a quote to fit a new motor for R5300. On Friday the 3rd I decided to look at the motor myself and discovered that it was only a loose connection from the remote receiver to the motor's terminals which I fixed and the motor has been functioning normal ever since. I have also established that Pc boards for this motor is freely available at Gemini the manufactures had it been the problem. I have asked for my deposit to be paid back due to the misrepresentation on their side but they are ignoring me.
