I requested the service after hours and called the business number, they offer support after hours. I was greeted politely and provided reassurance that I would be serviced on the same day, even after hours. One hour later, the technician arrived, quoted and repaired in the same evening. Pricing is quite expensive but given that is available after business hours this is expected.
