Good day, I just want to say a huge thank you to Kobus from Autogate. I had a small accident, where I reversed into my gate, and with the force, the gate was dislodged from the gate motor and track. I felt as man alone that I needed help to get the gate back on. I called Kobus, and even though it was VERY early in the morning, he was friendly and polite. He asked for a photo, which I supp****, and he called back with sound advice on how I could fix the problem by myself. He didn't need to as it takes away a call-out fee for him, but it was all about customer care first. I can really recommend Auotgate for friendly and helpful advice 👍 👌
