Unreliable, unprofessional, " back yard" type company, technicians guess at finding faults, was told that the gate's mother board was faulty, I asked if that was all that was wrong, reply was " 100% only motherboard" I paid R3800 for a new board, next day the problem persisted, the Autogate circus offered me R1000 discount off the price of a new motor (R9850) for the mother board which was unnecessarily installed 12 hrs earlier. I was able to source the same type of motor from another service provider for R2500 cheaper. technicians were on every occasion late by at least 90min, "head office" is slow to respond and Unreliable, recommend shopping around before using Autogate.
