( Arthur ) Denzyl O'Donoghue the client is being unreasonable because the first day when I was there his wife told me that Mike was there and he couldn't find the problem and she said a new motor would be a good idea and I agreed with her but she said the husband doesn't agree, I was there almost 5 times and every time the gate was running it only when we are not there, that motor was serviced and ET also and they confirmed that the motor is 100% What else were you going to check if you were in my shoes😕 I always do my best but sometimes it's impossible to please everyone.
