Randg AutoGate and made an appointment for the following morning
Randg AutoGate and made an appointment for the following morning. Off notified me to say that Nathan, who arrive promptly on time, was at our gate. Once the problem had been ascertained the office sent a quote via WhatsApp which I immediately accepted and in less than an hour the gate motor had been repaired. I was extremely satisfied with AutoGate and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Bad bad bad
Very disappointed with the service from AutoGate. They installed a new PCB board only a month ago, and it stopped working shortly afterwards. Instead of standing behind their workmanship or helping resolve the issue under warranty, I was told I would have to pay for another board. I do want to acknowledge that the technician was professional, respectful, and handled the situation far better than the owner. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner left me feeling that customer service and accountability were lacking. I expected a more reliable installation and much better after-sales support.

AUTOGATE - BAD GATE REPAIR SERVICE
Don't use this business! I asked them to repair my sliding gate. They arrived promptly and Kobus issued a quote immediately for just under R5000 to replace 2 wheels. When I asked for the brand name of the wheels - I was told they would be Ardendorf - well Ardendorf don't make wheels for sliding gates.!The staff left, collected the wheels and returned. No packaging & no brand name on the wheels. On asking for proof of what they were the guys called Kobus and then packed up. I called Kobus to be told that he does not need to tell me what parts he puts in my gate and that he has good reviews. Good reviews can be written by buddies. Read the bad reviews rather and if there aren't any - then use that service.
