Outstanding service

My wife procured the service to transport a vehicle from Cape Town to Midrand using the door-to-door service and the company clearly stated that due to the size of the truck onto which the car needs to be loaded, the truck will pick the car up at the nearest convenient place and offload it at the nearest possible place. The payment was made and the car was picked up on the 10th of Feb (Thursday) in Cape Town. I expected the car to be in transit for at least a week. At around 10am on the 11th of Feb (Friday) the driver called me to say they will be at my Estate to drop off the car in 15 mins. 15 mins later, the truck was outside and I signed for the car after it was offloaded. The service was excellent and well beyond my expectation.
