Failure to honor a warranty issued by them (AUTOFIX Ferndale)

failure to honor a warranty issued by them(AUTOFIX Ferndale), i took my vehicle for inspection after i noticed my cars bonnet paint fading, first i was told that my warranty has expired, after which i produced my warranty that was given to me when i collected my vehicle from them, i have been given the run around after i was promised that they will collect my vehicle from my office (i work away from home -currently working in KZN and my vehicle is parked in Roodepoort) i tried calling the number on there website and the cell numbers given to me.
