Autofit Fitment Centre not what they make out to be.

I own a Hilux GD6 DC 4x4 which unfortunately someone drove in to the side of the load bin. I took it in and was quoted on repair. Giovani from Autofit Fitment Centre quoted me a better price on a complete replacement on my Hilux load bin. I gave him the go-ahead and they collected my vehicle. My insurance supp**** me with a rental car for two weeks as Autofit told me it would only take 2-3 days to do the job. Well 3 weeks later and numerous phone calls and WhatsApp's I got little or no communication from Giovani. I was informed by him that the load bin he had did not fit and he will be getting the correct bin shortly. Three weeks later I decided to just go collect my vehicle as I was already a week in car rental out of pocket. Once I had my Vehicle back I asked him if he still will get me a load bin. Till this day I have had no response from Giovani or anyone else from Autofit Fitment Centre.

If they had been honest with me and told me I will need to drive my vehicle as is for a while I would not have had a problem with it.

I will never do business with Autofit Fitment Centre https://autofit.co.za/ ever again and will caution anyone who considers dealing with them.

Maybe they will give me an answer on a public forum?
