Montinique communicated very well, was very responsive and friendly, I was caught a bit unawares with some underwriting products that were added and wished that was explained to me beforehand I don't know if it was on finassist side or f&i, all in all despite the 35k add on I was very pleased as no banks would help me and finassist come through for me making it possible to use my vehicle in order to own property again, thank you Montinique
