I app**** for a loan with AutoFin. I was assisted by Montinique Krool. I completed the application Wednesday morning and by am Montinique started assisting me. I have never experienced such promptness and professionalism in my entire life. She kept me updated on every step and yesterday at 09.30 I signed my contract and the money reflected in my account a couple of hours later. I was amazed at the expedience in which my application was handled. Montinique is a friendly lady and her promptness and expedience with which she assisted me was absolutely amazing. She is a valuable employee of AutoFin and they are lucky to have her. Throughout the process she also dealt with me with so much respect. Im absolutely astounded by this jewel of a person and I'll forever be grateful to her for assisting me so fast and to put my mind at ease. Kudos to Montinique Krool 🙏🙏
