Service from hell

HELLO PETER

My wife just resently bought a ix 35 (17000km) at place call AUTOFAME near Southgate Mall on the 20/09/2018 at the price of + - R270000. The car(ix 35) has been with us for less than two months and the gearbox fell apart, we took the car back on the 17/11/2018 and nothing has been done by the dealership not even a courtesy car has provided.The dealership is acting very ***** and not giving us any updates, could you help or guide on how to get them to refund the bank cause we dont want the car or thier service anymore (lack there of). They also failed to provide us with the information of the car's has been in an accident prior to us getting it. We would appreciate any help to conclude this matter.
