Respond to Priscilla Tyulu

Client Priscilla Tyulu came to purchase vehicle by Autofame on the 21 July 2018. Client placed a holding deposit for R5000.00. On the 23rd July 2018, sales consultant contact client and client was still interested in vehicle and asked for further discount. Autofame agreed to give discount to client. Sales consulted contacted again client for the necessary documents for finance application because client promised from the 23rd July to submit documents to Autofame. Client mentioned few days later she is listed and will not be able to purchase vehicle anymore. Client requested her holding deposit and yes we refunded R4000.00 instead of R5000.00. The R1000.00 was use for Dekra and Roadworthy. We feel client was not honest because client found another vehicle while still in process to purchase vehicle with Autofame.
