AutoExec Port Shepstone

I sold my Isuzu bakkie through Fred van Zyl of AutoExec Port Shepstone. The agreement was that I would sell the bakkie for R 190 000. Being my settlement of R 179 000 and a payment of R 11 000 to me. I have his acknowledgement on my whattsapp . The vehicle was settled on the 7th October and I had not received any payment this morning 2 months later and after many unanswered calls and whattsapp messages. I went to his dealership today where he told me that he had paid me on Saturday. I asked him for proof of payment and he showed me a payment of R 5 k and said he wasn't paying anything else. This is theft of R 6k and appropriate action is being taken in this regard . Beware of dealing with Fred van Zyl or Autoexec as this may happen to you too !!!!
