Disgusting Service

The parts company is located at 39A York Rd, North End, Gqeberha, 6001.

I ordered Hyundai parts from them, assisted by their stuff Vich. Vich gave me an ETA on my parts and showed me a diagram of the parts I was looking for. I shared my doubts on one part and kept using the words "i think" because they know more than me regarding car parts. I re**** on Vich's knowledge and also Google for correct terminology.

Vich was confident that the diagram is the part I am looking for despite conveying my doubt, I believed him. The parts arrived two days later, the part that Vich assured me is the correct one was indeed incorrect. I was still calm and no major issue with the above.

My disgust in the customer service started when Max (Vich's co-worker) blatantly disagreed that the part I required exist, even went as far as showing me other Hyundai cars and rather insisted that I take the parts they ordered because "they were the parts I ordered". I again went to Google because they clearly did not believe the parts exists. I showed them, only then they started looking for the part and still told me I would need to pay a handling fee to return the part.

Vich never took the time to understand my need and attend to my initial doubts, he instead jumped on the first part he found. Max displayed arrogance and a disgusting customer service to say the least. I would not recommend dealing with any of them, especially Max.
