CAR DEALER *****

False Advertising! DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. SOLD me a 2015 vehicle advertised as 2016 - Sale was in 2018 - Salesperson Joseph (Jo) Marks ***. I found paperwork in the glovebox in 2020 showing the vehicle was in fact 2015. Service plan ended in 2020 (5 years) standard and we couldn't understand since it was 2016 model. In a panic we started contacting JO - Assures us it's 2016. Wanting to sell the vehicle now in 2022 - AUTOTRADER and WEBUYCARS AND LAND ROVER WATERFORD all confirmed it's a 2015. Contacted JO again and he calls my husband a "Doos" - all documents can be provided including the name calling. Dealer principal Daryl / Mike Thomas (not sure) offers no resolution as they believe they are right. We are to follow a legal process now for dealer *****. Please stay away from these people. Please don't get ****med. I'm unfortunately the one who got **********, overpaid for a vehicle and got ****med! They keep telling us we are stupid because the "registration date" says 2016 which has NOTHING to do with the year model! Land Rover Waterford dealership checked for us and confirmed its a 2015 and not 2016. All dealership paperwork says 2016 but all official documents say 2015 !
