Lack of professionalism from sales

I purchased a vehicle like any other buyer would and discussed all the necessary information and documents about the vehicle. The issue I had was with my service name transfer in which they said that they would assist me with but they are extremely unreliable on their purchasing floor and managing as they do not take any responsibility for any errors in assisting the customer after the car had been purchased. They take no responsibility and there is no sense of a customer guarantee after they had guaranteed the buyer. There is a lack of communication within their business. So make sure that your service plan or any other details is communicated in writing because they are *************. Their sales workers do not have the best interest for the buyer. Their sales workers have no complete experience in this field and will not take the customers requests to their fullest necessary completion.
