Denial of damage to vehicle

My car broke down, auto collision was sent to tow it to the nearest renault outlet. When I went to fetch my car it had scratches on it and the bumper was/ still is ********** cause of the towing. Auto collision refuses to take responsibility and fix my car. Instead they are making me run around back and forth between them and the insurance company, telling me to wait for the survielance to prove the condition of the vehicle. I've been waiting for 3 days now and no-one has gottwn back to me still.
