Worst Experience at AutoCity Heidelberg

Most Appalling after sales service by any means or standards. recently bought a used car from AutoCity Heidelberg and the service I got from the Dealer Principal of this branch was ********** and Unspeakable to say the least... Before I took ownership of the car I bought in December 2019 from this dealer, I was informed that the car has gone through the test and that the car was fully inspected and the workshop fixed all the problems on the car and that they can sell me the the car with confidence. Within the first few days of driving this car I realized that there was a problem the car had no power and some of the lights was not working, i immediately phoned the Sales Person to tell him about the problem he asked me to bring the car back and they will fix everything. On the day that I picked up the car I was informed that they fixed a coil that was making the car loose power, but they are not going to fix the other problems or the lights as the Dealer Principal told the Sales Person that he will spend no money on the car to have it fixed, I bought the car and it's now my problem to have it fixed this after only having the car for three weeks. I was willing to fix the broken mirror the sun viser and other small problems within the interior that I was also not informed about with the sale of the car, but to have a Dealer Principal say to me with an attitude that he will not fix any of the other problems with the engine and lights because it's now my problem...what kind of Dealer Principal is this and the mere fact that they also represent the Mahindra Name should be of great concern, Guess that's the way they do business. Please people think twice before dealing with AutoCity Heidelberg and especially with the Dealer Principal of this branch
