Worst dearship ever

A month ago i bought an Audi Q3 from auto city Heidelberg. The car was delivered dirty, no fuel and error light on the dash were flashing. The car has been back and forth for a month, i havent had the car for myself for a week. I asked to cancel the deal, they refused. I asked to swap the car, they dont want to. Thr car is still with them, waiting for parts. I have only received the worst service from them, sold me a **** car and refuse to exchange the car as its faulty. My first installment is going of on a car i haven't had for a week. They sold me a faulty car, and i must just send thr car up and down. My diesel, my inconvenience and not even a sorry or an alternative. No customer service at all. People stay clear from this dealership
