WORST AFTER SERVICE EVER......

Ladies and gentlemen, be very careful when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I've dealt with Pieter, very quick to sell a car to you, but to get them so sort out the nitty-gritty stuff is a real nightmare.

Bought a polo cross from them, took delivery on the 22 July 2022. Had some faults that needed some attention. Passed the "auto city vehicle report" but the car didn't even have a rear wiper blade on. After complaining the sorted that out and some other stuff.

After i got the vehicle back i still wasn't happy with the noise coming from the front shocks and rear wheel. So i had to run around and get quotes to get this sorted and guess what............ STILL HASN'T BEEN SORTED OUT and NO communication from them what so ever.

I've waited more than a month for the new license disc and spare keys. Was pulled over in a roadblock, luckily they only gave me a warning, but could have been much worse. Only after that whole commotion Pieter said he will send me the disc and the spare keys. 3 Days later i went to the post office to collect the parcel just to find out there WAS NO SPARE KEY IN IT, he gave it to the lady who was supposed to post it which i think is a **** excuse.

So i am still waiting for the repairs to be carried out and my spare key Pieter!!!!!!!

Would definitely NOT recommend mahindra heidelberg to anyone.

Will keep everyone posted on when they plan to sort this out.
