Very Bad Serivce and NO proactive feedback and NO transparency

My initial experience was positive with Cherry Auto Heidelberg, but now, my car has been in the workshop for almost 6 weeks, there is NO proactive feedback and NO transparency, this is really poor service, I have phoned so many times I can't even count, I have asked that the Manager phones me back and guess what I NEVER get a phone back...
