******* *******, THE WORST THING THAT CAN HAPPEN TO A BUYER

I had the worst experience ever, i bought a 2010 Fiat Bravo (Kia Nigel) which was faulty and the dealership failed to repair it, which out of desperation I ended up opting for a used 2016 Polo vivo which costed me more than the price of a brand new vivo and i am liable for the shortfal for a vehicle they failed to repair (+R40k) worth of shortdall which was added on to the new vehicle. They promiced the service book and spare key, which they told me those were at head office which was a total lie. 3 Months later i am still waiting, i have now taken this issue to the motor ombuds, hopefully they will be able to help me and cut all ties with these *******
