The sales person had excellent service at the beginning, but they sold smash and grab on our vehicle which they never installed but added the R 3500 on the finance value, they also said to us that we can get tracker for the term of the finance and when the deal went through they added the R 3500 on the finance, but never did anything with the tracker as well, the F & I Ryan also is a chancer and I would also not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle through Kia Heidelberg. Its been a month and a half we are still driving with a permit as we have not received the License disc for the car. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS DEALERSHIP.
