Terrible service Autocity Nigel

Shocking expierence at autocity Bought a jeep wrangler on wednesday 06 February 2019 Vehicle was delivered to me at my work Only to find out 3 tyres were cut and torn up Wheel alignment not done Steering rack has a knock Vehicle smoking and blowing fumes through air vents To find out manager Morne is not willing to replace the tyres on there but only with a cheap set of tyres and according to sales person he did say replace tyres but the manager refused Attitude I got from the dealership sales person Johan kombrink Requested a roadworthy report only to be told that they dont interfere in my business why should I with theys Then requested a workshop report and nothing But got threats telling me theres plenty of clients who wanted the car. Please stay away from this vehicle 2010 jeep wrangler 2.8 crd auto Green in colour. I would not recommend anyone to that dealership as they services are terrible They now refuse to return my trade in vehicle And all I get is attitude. Autocity Nigel a no go Do not buy from a private dealership Rather spend a little more and get the service customers require from corporate dealership.
