Terrible customer service

I have had a terrible customer service with Chery AutoCity Heidelberg. The sales lady was very communicative presale and everything was good. Post sale she started ignoring my messages when I encountered problems with the car and she never bothered to assist me. I will definitely NOT recommend this ***** dealership CHERY HEIDELBERG!!!!!
