Terrible customer service

I am very sad to write this review. I am sold a car that has radio/infotainment issues. I collected the car at Chery Heidelberg on 30 July 2025 and the next morning the car audio system isnt working and i made sure to Contact Lebo to raise the issue and i was just blue ticked. Today 22 August 2025 i am still experiencing the same issue and i am still not assisted. This dealership and the staff dont take customers seriously and i will not recommend anybody to this dealer.
