STAY AWAY FORM AUTOCITY GROUP Dealership.

STAY AWAY from AutoCity Groep aka Nissan Heidelberg. I have never received more shocking service and dishonesty in my life. I bought a NP300 Hardbody from them on the 2nd of October and noticed on the 5th of October that something does not sound good on the engine area and phoned the salesman Jacques De Beer. He told me to bring it in and they will check. Did this and it seems the Thruster Bearing is starting to fail and needs to be replaced. Only having the car for only 3 to 5 days I requested that Nissan replaced the part. I was told by die salesman - That is not going to happen it is not their problem I must pay it out of my pocket. I requested to speak to the Manager or Principal where I was told he is not available and he will call me back. After 2 days still no call. I called the salesman back and was told the Manager also told him that they will not replace the part. It is my problem. Once again I requested to speak with the Manager and once again he was not available.

I decided to call Wesbank for assistance and after receiving my statement I noticed that they also load about R15 000 of extras on to the agreed amount. I was never told of these extras by the salesman or the finance department of the dealer.

Please stay away from any AutoCity Group Dealership and even more from Nissan Heidelberg Dealership.
