Poor Services and they ignore clients complaints
I bought a car on the 17th of May 2022 at Kia in Heidelberg, and I was assisted by Ernest, a week after I have purchased a vehicle Kia Sonet 2021 that car gave me a problem with the balancing, I took the car back and however it was still not in a good condition, their Manager force me to bring the car that is not stable, I will never recommend anyone to buy any car with them.

28 Jun 2022, 08:48Dikabelo. I notice you started to complain about the wheel balancing almost a month after taking delivery. Unfortunatly with the condition of the roads in South Africa it is very difficult to guarantee wheel akigment and ballancing as the settings can go out at any time. Gerhard did however , out of goodwill, reset the balancing and wheel alignment and according to the people we use to do this it was perfect when they returned the vehicle to you.
